  • 60 km (minimum-Ø-speed 23 km/h)
  • 100 km plus (Course length between 100 and 120 km, more information to follow; minimum-Ø-speed 26 km/h)

Start card & race material

STARTCARD
You will receive your start card and other relevant information about your participation 10 - 7 days before the event.

RACE MATERIAL
You will receive your race material:

  • on presentation of your start card and ID 
  • at the VeloCity Berlin EXPO on June 30 and July 1st, 2023 during opening hours:
    • Friday: 02:00 p.m. - 08:00 p.m.
    • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 07:00 p.m.

With a power of attorney, the start card and copy of ID it is also possible to collect the race material for other participants.

Timekeeping

Your time will be measured with a mika:timing transponder system. The time measurement is included in the participation fee. You will receive your transponder with your race number.

Since it is a disposable transponder, a return is not necessary.

 

Emergency contacts

At many of our events, we and various institutions (police, fire brigade, etc.) often receive search requests for the whereabouts of missing participants. In order for us to be able to process these quickly and in accordance with data protection regulations, we ask you to enter 1 or 2 contact persons in the registration form. In the event of an enquiry, we can only provide your contact persons with information on whether you are receiving medical care or are in hospital.

The following data is relevant: Name, first name, date of birth and telephone number of the contact person.

The specification of an emergency contact is voluntary and can be entered or corrected in your user account at any time.

Cancellation

Withdrawal
Due to the logistical and organisational complexity of the event, we cannot refund the participation fee if you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding. 

Exchange
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your starting place to another person or another year. Your starting place is personalized and relatet to the event.

Insurance

To cover the participation fee, we recommend purchasing the GENERALI cancellation insurance during the online registration. More information here.
