At many of our events, we and various institutions (police, fire brigade, etc.) often receive search requests for the whereabouts of missing participants. In order for us to be able to process these quickly and in accordance with data protection regulations, we ask you to enter 1 or 2 contact persons in the registration form. In the event of an enquiry, we can only provide your contact persons with information on whether you are receiving medical care or are in hospital.
The following data is relevant: Name, first name, date of birth and telephone number of the contact person.
The specification of an emergency contact is voluntary and can be entered or corrected in your user account at any time.
Due to the logistical and organisational complexity of the event, we cannot refund the participation fee if you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your starting place to another person or another year. Your starting place is personalized and relatet to the event.

The cancellation insurance is handled by ERGO Reiseversicherung-AG. This is an insurance policy without a deductible to cover the participation fee for the event.
What is insured?
You are insured if you are unable to take part in the event due to one of the following incidents
The sum insured corresponds to the participation fee. If an insured event occurs, the participation fee will be reimbursed.
What is not insured?
The postponement or cancellation of the event. Further information can be found in the registration form.
